Prompt Care
When workers are waiting to see a doctor, they're costing you money. We place a priority on prompt treatment of emergencies. Appointments are seen as near the scheduled time as possible and "walk-in" non-emergencies are treated between scheduled appointments. Patients needing a "laboratory-only" visit may be seen out of turn.

Five locations give you and your employees access to care throughout the Peoria area.

Contiuity of Care
Case management provides our medical director with the opportunity to review the treatment plan for each injured worker and to implement changes where appropriate.

Communication
Involving the employer in the treatment process from beginning to end is key to our program. Employers receive a call within one business day of the initial injury treatment and continue to receive information until the worker returns to full employment.
