Welcome to Proctor First Care

All charges are the responsibility of the patient, regardless of the insurance provider. If we are not a preferred provider for your insurance company, you will receive an invoice to submit to your insurance carrier.

Insurance is accepted for lab work, x-rays and selected office procedures. Please ask the receptionist if your insurance company is a preferred provider with Proctor First Care. A staff member will ask to make a copy of your insurance card.

All x-rays are interpreted by a radiologist. The patient will receive a separate bill for this service.
