Can I talk to a doctor after hours?
When Proctor First Care is your primary health care provider and you find it necessary to talk with your physician after office hours, please call the Physicians' Exchange at 309/655-0105. For emergencies after office hours, please use the Proctor Hospital Emergency Room at 5409 N. Knoxville Avenue, Peoria.

My employer requires an annual physical exam. Can I have it performed at Proctor First Care?
We perform physicals required by state and federal agencies and those required by employee health policies.

Do you accept insurance?
Insurance is accepted for lab, x-ray and selected office procedures. Please ask the receptionist if your insurance company is a preferred provider with Proctor First Care. A staff member may ask to make a copy of your insurance card.

Are you part of any managed care or preferred provider groups?
Proctor First Care accepts Medicare assignment and participates in HealthPlus, Health Link, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, CAT, OSF HealthPlans, John Deere Health Care and most major networks.
