Can I use
Proctor First Care
for routine medical care?
Absolutely, especially if you don't already have a family physician.
We see many of our patients on a regular basis, and we provide
on-site laboratory testing and other services for patients of
all ages.
Are you
accepting new patients?
New patients are always welcome. Call the Proctor First Care location
near you, or stop in during regular office hours.
Do I need
an appointment?
Appointments are accepted but not required. First priority is
always given to the treatment of emergencies. Second priority
is given to patients with appointments. Walk-in patients will
be seen as soon as possible.
We make
every effort to adhere to our daily schedules. However, emergencies
sometimes cause us to fall behind. When we are aware of delays
we will make every effort to notify patients. Your patience and
cooperation are appreciated.

Where
are you located?
Click for addresses, phone numbers
and hours or our five Peoria-area locations.
Do you
accept telephone consultations?
Our staff will take information from callers and relate it to
our physician. A nurse will then return the call after consulting
with a physician. Please understand that it is difficult to
make decisions about medical care over the phone, and you may
be asked to come in for an examination. This same procedure
applies to prescriptions and refills.
